So we have our Playable Characters (PC. or player character. your preference), but then we have what is commonly known as Non-Playable Characters (NPC). They are generally used to only move along the plot, whether for the main plot or a PC character's personal story. NPCs are used primarily for that reason just about anywhere. This RP is no different in that matter, for we have just those normal NPCs that are usually just there for a single moment, or we have unique characters that have a specific purpose and can be used for as long as the player desires, or until they feel they don't need them around anymore.
So the point of this topic is to specify if you have a unique NPC out there. Only make one post in this topic (with the exception of me going to double post after this for my own current list of characters) and edit it if you have more NPC characters created. But if you have a question, you can take it to a PM. There's no limit of these characters, of course. Also, please post in this small template below.
Name:
Species:
Physical Description: (Their physical appearance, their personality, etc.)
History: (This includes a little backstory behind them, as well as if they have any connections to a PC(s), whether friend or foe. Anything else you want to describe, feel free.)
By the way. If you decide to kill off your NPC, mark (Deceased) next to their name. Optional, but this'll make it easier to distinguish between active and non-active NPCs.

[Double-posted only to separate the explanation from my own NPCs profiles to prevent confusion. You are still only allowed to post once here.]
---------------
Name: Beta.
Species: Reploid.
Physical Description: This mysterious reploid scientist does not possess any distinct characteristics from the average reploid. If one were to compare him to a human in terms of age, he'd appear to be like the average young man. As such, he's always wearing a lab coat and a pair of glasses to fit the stereotypical appearance of a scientist even more. Beta does not possess any combat abilities, however given how this world operates, he does keep a low-grade beam saber underneath his coat for protection when he's not within the safety of the Far West Maverick Hunter HQ. Beta is viewed as tactical and very into his work or experiments. As a scientist, he aims only learn more about the things in this world he does not and use the knowledge for this world's benefit.
History: As stated in the setting, Beta is the self-proclaimed creator behind the first Bio-roids. At first, he was suspected of being allied with their enemies, but the scientist explained how he was quite infuriated that someone stole his research and improved it to feats unknown. His first and only line of Bio-roids were much weaker and lacked far lesser abilities than a reploid. They were fragile and pathetic in strength as compared to the current Bio-roids' power. His original dream was trying to create a machine that was even more closer to a human being than a reploid, including biology through artificial means.
One day, he left his lab to retrieve more equipment and research materials for his work. But when he came back, he found his lab absolutely trashed and when he scanned his database, all of his research was downloaded and also erased. His prototypes were also stolen. All of the decades and decades of work he placed into his project was taken from him in a blink of an eye, apparently never to be seen again. There was no way to explain how much of an emotional reaction he had when he realized there was no way to retrieve it. He'd have to start all over from scratch...but he was willing to do it if it meant that this world would eventually enter a new evolutionary age of machines so reploids no longer have to bear the sole burden of being the guardians of this world.
However it was no more than a year later that the war finally began. He witnessed the destruction as he was taking a walk out in Abel City, where his lab was located. The reploids that attacked...their design...every single aspect about them was too uncanny. It was then he realized they were Bio-roids...his creations! He tried countless times to plead them to stop the destruction but he was shoved to the side easily until Mega Man X stepped in and shielded the scientist, as he was the hunter ordered to subdue the Mavericks. Beta begged X to bring him back to the HQ, as he realized on the spot that he was one of the Legendary Hunters and they could help him piece this all together.
When Beta and X arrived, the scientist went through various questioning and interrogation before he could be trusted. It was then that he explained everything to them and that the whole world could be in danger if someone improved his research. The destruction they could cause combined would be even worse than the past threats of the Maverick Overlord, Sigma. But thanks to his useful information about his own creations, Beta was a key character in helping the hunters and all of the world to counter the Bio-roids.
When the war ended, he felt he was in debt to the hunters helping him out, eventually becoming a scientist for them to try and help them for the rest of his days.

Name: Sean.
Species: Reploid.
Physical Description: Despite his tall and broad appearance, Sean isn't a Combat Reploid. Most people mistaken him for one since he is a part of the Maverick Hunter organization, though he and his partner, Emilie are part of a small support division, which handles evidence gathering and outside interactions with non-hunters to grant aid to the more larger intell divisions that supports the heart of the hunters. Sean is shown as very strict and serious about his work, constantly pushing his companions to give it 110%. Despite is rock hard exterior, he's a caring person deep down and only presents himself as strict as means of aiding the division and it's members.
History: Before the war, Sean was just a simple police chief that aided a division in the police force behind a desk. He was designed specifically to give orders and handle all communications with the hunters. When the war began, he came to a realization on how limited his support was. The Reploids within the force as a whole were nowhere near as strong and full of dexterity like the hunters or cyborgs. As a result, they were nothing but helpless targets against the Bio-roids. Before Sean knew it, his whole division was slaughtered according to a report he received that day. It was one thing after another, and he was transferred to different divisions over time. Being converted to a Combat Reploid crossed his mind multiple times to avenge his fallen men, but his friends within the force kept his vengeance under control to keep him alive.
About a few years after the war escalated to full-scale, the police force found themselves losing their numbers constantly. As such, Sean began to lose hope and once again had that thought of converting himself cloud his mind. Though a roid from a support division within the hunters arrived at the station where Sean's group were residing. They had offered an alliance with a hunter division to bolster their support capabilities. Liking the idea, Sean was the first to volunteer transferring to Abel's HQ so he could do his job more efficiently. The small division he was assigned to benefited from his support skill, finding themselves handling the small non-combat jobs the larger intell divisions didn't have time to focus on. He loved his new job so much that after the war, he remained an officer within the division when the hunters deemed the group a valuable asset to the organization, even though they have no involvement in hunting whatsoever.
During the war, he and his trusted partner, Emilie had rather small interactions with Magnus and Priscilla, the deceased Class B Hunter who was slain by Serenade. After the heart-breaking and emotional trauma Magnus suffered, Sean found the need to lift the distraught hunter's spirits when they interacted, though with little success since the hunter kept shutting himself in after the incident. After Magnus resigned at the end of the reconstruction period, Sean and Emilie became deeply concerned for the drifting cyborg, knowing the condition his soul was in. As such, they maintain contact with him and serve as his direct link to aiding the hunters as a hired mercenary, assigning him a variety of jobs. Sean constantly tries to advise Magnus in his troubled life and overall tries to convince the mercenary that he's not alone, despite the complications Magnus faces that continues to keep him closed in.

Name: Emilie.
Species: Reploid.
Physical Description: Emilie's slim and slender like most navigator-type reploids. She may appear typical at first, but she has quite the character compared to most of her old and current comrades. She's very fiery tempered, having even a few hunters she interact with a little afraid to be on her bad side. But when you look past her temper, she is revealed to be very gentle and sincere overall. Being a part of the small support division, she's the one that raises moral and spirit within the team when the going gets tough. Just like Sean, she's very caring of her team, though she's more relaxed and lenient on her team members. Though if they even think about slacking, she'll give them her a piece of her mind with all honesty and jokes aside.
History: Unlike Sean, Emilie was already a part of the organization - as a navigator. Even then, she remained the same hot-tempered girl. Her old navigator companions relied on her to keep their hopes up when the hunters were pushed in the corner during their battles with the Bio-roids, even boosting the spirits of the hunters she navigated. Being within the commander center almost all the time with Commander Signas, it was a load of stress for all navigators and Emilie knew that. Though sometimes, even the toughest of well-spirited people can be broken down just like anyone else if a situation is stressful enough. The bio-roids were obviously being ordered around by an unknown force. As such, the hunters were faced with not only an army of juggernauts (not literally, but you get the point), but smart ones at that. It was quite difficult to navigate the hunters through battle when they were faced with such opponents. Sometimes when the enemy had them backed in the corner, it was certain defeat for the hunters on duty that were attacked or a squad that lead an attack on a Bio-roid lab. A lot of missions they navigated turned out to be literal storms of disaster and failure.
Emilie experienced this quite hardcore and took her failures more deeply than her companions. One thing after another, missions ended up as failures consecutively and as a result, it wounded her pride deeply. A scar the cut deep. As time passed and the war kept proceeding as it went, she would find herself nervous and way more quiet than her usual. While the other navigators understood what she went through and decided to leave her to her own devices to cope, she was still overall concerned about them as well. She viewed herself as the one to help them all through the stress of their jobs and being tied down by her own difficulties made her feel useless...like she lost the ability to do her job efficiently. Time kept passing and to her, it seemed like nothing was changing. Her confidence began to shoot down drastically, even with the aid of her friends with emotional support. She felt like she was weighing them all down, finally making the decision to resign from her post and find a job she could handle. It was then that she decided to join the support division, seeing as she felt she wasn't qualified anymore for the larger intell groups. It was then that she meet Sean, who gave her a large boost in confidence that she lost. As they spent more time together aiding the hunters, she finally pieced herself back together and felt really indebted to Sean as a result, respecting him as if he was a father figure.
When she met Magnus and witnessed his emotional condition, she couldn't help but think about how she ended up. She couldn't stand seeing someone else suffer in the same manner, even though what he went through was ten times as worse and she couldn't possibly understand his feelings fully. Though what she didn't understand the most is the reason for his gynophobia. Since Magnus wasn't very open after Priscilla's demise, she couldn't gather much of an answer. After he left the hunters, she took it as her duty to give him the support he needs, even if he can't even approach her because of his phobia. She shares the same intentions as Sean, though most of all, she tries to help him with his phobia more than anything. She can't really help him with everything if she can't even be within a few feet of him while seeing him dash away like a frightened child. Even though her methods in trying to cure him are strict, they are only out of the sole desire to help him get over it.
