Hyper Modes were introduced in Mega Man X: Command Mission only, but is brought over as an extended RP feature. What's a Hyper Mode, you ask? It's basically your character's true power, going from a full blown transformation of the body to just increasing their strength. In some cases, they would be used as a trump card or taking a battle more seriously. Hyper Modes were only exclusive to Reploids, but in this RP, everyone but a normal human being has access to one. Cyborgs have one because they part machine. Even if they have one replacement arm, you could do a lot with that one arm if you put your mind to it.
Be creative with these! and also, they don't last forever. In CM, they had cooldowns for a certain amount of turns. For an example: X's X-fire Armor cools down after 6 of his own turns. In the RP, the same can be applied to when it's your turn to post for your character. Say you activated your Hyper Mode. After six of YOUR turns, it'll cooldown. Since X is advanced, six turns is quite acceptable, but a little low for even him. The highest your Hyper Mode can last can be eight turns, but everyone will start off with four. As your character gets stronger, the higher the cooldown limit gets.
Just because they are your secret weapon doesn't mean you should make it overpowered either. Take into account of how your character works and balance the Hyper Mode out accordingly. Either way, it's one of the most looked at things we look out for when approving, so it will be fixed regardless if you want a Hyper Mode.
Also, you won't be able to use it until your character reaches two stars in combat rank. Everyone starts at 1. Level Stars generally don't mean squat and only shows how strong and experienced your characters are compared to others. Levels are increased by RP post counts (as you'll notice, post count doesn't increase in anywhere of the forum than the actual RPing areas), which is explained more in detail in the leveling up topic.
